For TBCB's latest entry in the Boxing With Billy C fight predictions contest, we've simmed the fights listed below 100 times each. We've offered a brief summary of each fight based on the simulations, or you can read the entire summary of all the fights (Part1,Part2), which includes a lot of in-depth detail.

  • Dmitry Chudinov vs Patrick Nielsen: Nielsen dominated Chudinov 93 to 4. Only 25 of these wins came via stoppage leaving most of the work to the judges. 60 of his 68 decisions were unanimous. Chudinov's four wins were evenly split between decisions and stoppages.
  • Tony Harrison vs Bronco Mckart: Mckart came out ahead here scoring 10 more wins than Harrison's 39. McKart had a 4 to 3 edge in stippage wins. With neither fighter showing much stopping power the judges were kept occupied. 28 of McKart's 45 decisions were uanimous while Harrison scored 20 out of36 decisions unanimously
  • Evgeny Gradovich vs Alexander Miskirtchian: Gradovich won this duke 68 to 21. Only 12 of these wins came inside the distance. 43 of his 56 desisions were awarded unanimously. In contrast Miskirtchian netted 18 decisions, 8 unanimously
  • Luis Delvalle vs Luis Rosa: Rosa edged Del Valle 53 to 38. 8 of his stoppage wins vame via cuts. Del Valle netted only three stoppage wins. 80 bouts went to the judges scorecards. 25 of Rosa's 45 decisions were unanimous. Del Valle notched 20 unanimous verdicts.
  • Manuel Charr vs Alexander Povetkin: Povetkin topped Charr 82 to 9. 33 of these 82 victories came inside the distance. 42 of his 49 decision wins were unanimous. His 64 knockdowns were four times as many as Charr scored in this one sided match.
  • Sam Soliman vs Felix Sturm: Sturm topped Soliman 73 to 21. Most of the bouts were decided by the judges. Only 9 stoppages were scored with Sturm notching 5. 45 of Sturm's 68 decisions were unanimous. Only 17 knockdowns were scored in this matchup and the fights averaved 11.5 rounds/
  • Ghislain Maduma vs Kevin Mitchell: Miitchell had better than a two to one edge in victories, 66 to 28. Miitchell scored 42 knockdowns compared to Maduma's 16. This helped him earn an 11 to 7 edge in stoppage wins. 43 of his 55 decision wins were unanimous.
  • James Degale vs Brandon Gonzales: DeGale won this one 69 to 23. He earned a 10 to 6 edge in stoppage victories. 42 of his 59 decisions were awarded unanimously. In contrast Gonzales netted 17 decision vitories. Only 8 of these were unanimously awarded by the judges.
  • Javier Fortuna vs Juan Antonio Rodriguez: Fortuna was the walk away winner 76 to 17. He showed some pop. 10 of his 15 stoppage wins were KOs and he put Rodriguez on the canvas 77 times while only going down 19 times himself. 48 of his 61 decisions were unanimous. Rodriguez only managed to net two TKO wins among 15 victories.
  • Simpiwe Vetyeka vs Nonito Donaire: Donaire dominated this one coming away with a 78 to 15 edge. The only thing equal here was the stoppage wins. Each fighter had eight. Donaire earned 62 unanimous decisions out of 70. He floored Vetyeka 64 times while tasting the canvas only 20 times.
  • Nicholas Walters vs Vic Darchinyan: Darchinyan ran away with this one 93 to 5. He dominated scoring 73 of his wins by stoppage. Hw scored over ten times as many knockdowns, 164 to`4. Walters had the proverbial puncher's chance. All five of his wins came inside the distance.
  • Carl Froch vs George Groves: Froch more than doubled Groves victory total 68 to 24. He scored 17 wins inside the distance. Groves scored only four stoppage wins, all due to cuts. Froch had a 58 to 24 lead in knockdowns scored. 39 of his 51 decision victories were unanimous.
